We will show you how to put a savoury twist on cupcakes and learn the techniques behind rough puff pastry for a Spring-inspired mushroom and artichoke galette - a great alternative to quiche for Easter entertaining.

ABOUT THE TUTOR
Helen Smith is a freelance cookery tutor and lover of local food and seasonal produce based in Taunton. Having formerly worked for a Devon-based food charity working with local community groups, Helen is committed to helping people enjoy food and feel more confident with cooking in a relaxed and friendly way.
Helen holds a NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery and organises and runs food festival demonstration kitchens, as well as providing tutoring for local cookery schools.
