ABOUT THE TUTOR
Tim Maddams is a private chef, writer, cookery teacher, and presenter. Any foodie fan will know Tim from his TV appearances alongside Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall on the River Cottage series and the Fish Fight Campaign on Channel 4. Tim's love of the great British countryside, wild food and quality produce has developed from a young age and he believes that we have a duty to learn where our food comes from and to understand the ethics of production and the sustainability of ingredients. His recent River Cottage Game Handbook is going from strength to strength and was shortlisted for Food Book of the Year at the Guild of Food Writers Awards. Learn more about Tim on his website>
