Once you've made and enjoyed your own freshly made pasta, you'll never go back! Join us to learn how to create perfect pasta every time.
Working in pairs, you will learn the best tenchiques to make your own hand-made pasta including the process of making the pasta dough and rolling and shaping your pasta.
To compliment your new pasta making skills, you’ll also learn how to make some delicious pasta sauces to create a range of tasty dishes.
The course will run from 10am to 1pm. Make sure you bring some containers with you to take home your delicious pasta creations to share with family and friends.
All of our courses are friendly and fun experiences, designed for all abilities, with the aim to introduce you to new and exciting culinary skills that you can share with your friends and family.

Helen Smith is a freelance cookery tutor and lover of local food and seasonal produce based in Taunton. Currently working for a food charity working with local community groups, Helen is committed to helping people enjoy food and feel more confident with cooking in a relaxed and friendly way.
Helen holds a NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery and organises and runs food festival demonstration kitchens, as well as providing tutoring for local cookery schools.
