Vivien Lloyd is a leading authority on the preservation of fruit and vegetables, with a life-long passion for making and teaching traditional preserves. Author of First Preserves and six e-publications about preserves and baking, Vivien is an NFWI Preserves Judge and teaches at Cookery Schools in UK. Vivien’s preserves have won prestigious competitions, notably the Marmalade Awards and Fortnum and Mason’s Chutney Challenge.
